This program read the nightlights data from the satellite images (TIFF) to calculate the sum of the nightlights inside each geometry polygon and write the results in a CSV file.
I was working on this project during my training in KAPSARC (King Abdullah Petroleum Studies and Research Center).
With my supervisor Hector G. LOPEZ-RUIZ
