This test bench performs BPW34 photodiode voltage Output characteristic test and plots its output voltage vs solar irradiance 0-1400 W/m^2 with various shunt resistors.
The BPW34 photodiode as Solar Irradiance Sensor with sensitivity about 0.2mV / W/m^2 with 43 ohm resistor.
