This is the simulation that was used by the iGEM Athens 2020 team for the iGEM 2020 competition. It is used to solve the Janulevivius model for the Myxococcus xanthus bacteria or the extended version of the model for the Flavobacterium johnsoniae bacteria. The latter was developed by the iGEM Athens 2020 team.
