the code helps find weather, a network of randomly deposited straight line (nanotubes or whatever) in a defined area ( a substrate), percolate or not. If percolate how strong is network.
method may be consider monte carlo.

Following things are defined in MainFileV2.m

1) Length and width of substrate can be defined
2) Number of nanotubes ( lines)
3) minimum and maximum length of tubes (lines)

the MainFile depend on two function files

1) generateTubes.m : which randomly generate tubes/lines in desired length range and with the the defined substrate in given quantity (these values are defined in mainfile and are passed to this function. This function then returns the matrix having information of tubes location (start point and end points)

substrate edges (between which the percolation is tested) are added in this matrix start and end .

2) LINESEGMENTINTERSECT( (by U. Murat Erdem)
Finds if two lines are connected or not see details on author's (U. Murat Erdem) pages
