Align fluorescent images to counteract movements during acquisition

When acquiring fluorescent images we usually make several recordings to average them and increase the signal to noise ratio. Before averaging these recording they need to be aligned to counteract any movement of the sample during the imaging. After indicating the acquisition time, upload the first image which will be used as a reference. Then, upload the next images to align them with the first.
