Lookup a chemical element based on Symbol, name, or atomic number, and get back the symbol, name, atomic number or atomic weight.

Examples:
% name = elements('Symbol', 'Fe', 'name');
% mass = elements('atomic_number', 26, 'atomic_mass');
% standardSymbol = elements('SYMBOL', 'FE', 'Symbol');
