You are not going to be able to complete such a project in time.
"A commonly-held belief posits there are six basic emotions which are universally recognized and easily interpreted through specific facial expressions, regardless of language or culture. These are: happiness, sadness, fear, anger, surprise and disgust. New research suggests that in fact, there are really only four."
The trick there is that some of them are time-dependent according to the study: you need to track the muscles carefully over fairly short time periods. You would have to replicate with just a camera a study of months that was published two weeks ago, and which required specialized modeling software for its "training" phase. How long did you say you have?

Remember there's my answer that you're ignoring over in your original question: http://www.mathworks.com/matlabcentral/answers/119221#answer_126259 where I directed you to the very latest cutting edge research on the topic, just presented 3 weeks ago.

You hopefully realize that no one has this code all ready to hand over to you. Only a few people are doing it and they most likely don't monitor this forum, or even use MATLAB. So you're most likely on your own for this project. The paper I saw presented on it was many many months of work by a team of university researchers and hospital staff. I doubt you'll get it done by yourself in 2 months.
