it is possible to instal one toolbox(taken from a trial version) into current matlab?

There is no difference between the toolboxes for the trial version and the toolboxes for the exact same version of MATLAB (on the same operating system.) Trial versus Academic or Professional is determined by the license file. (Trial is not available for Student Version)
Toolboxes are not usable between different releases, and may require re-installation between different CPUs.

so, if i have matlab 20011a and i want to install vehicle toolbox'(trial), i don't need to install also the matlab ? (when i asked for trial they send all package: matlab/simulink and vehicle toolbox) thanks

They probably sent the entire recent MATLAB, not the R2011a trial. They don't make trials available for older versions; they don't allow you to buy toolboxes for versions that old. So you will probably have to install the MATLAB and Vehicle Toolbox, yes.
