sir i have made a compressor and decompressor.. i dont get proper output from decompressor..please tell me weather the code is correct..what thing can be improve?? what should do to improve compression ratio and improve psnr

We do not have your image 'wilson1.bmp' to test with. What does it look like and what does the decompressed image look like?
