How can I double a vector and to the second part of it add a number?

lets say i have a vector which is R=[1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9; 10] size 10x1
I want to double that vector in size and repeat the numbers but add 360 to them.
So my new R would look like this:
R=[1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9; 10; 360+1; 360+2; 360+3; 360+4; .....] size 20x1

R=[1; 2; 3; 4; 5; 6; 7; 8; 9; 10]
R=[R;R+360]
