How could I make a slider button an image?

I am building a very simple app for a class project and I want the user to be able to click on the image of a car and move it across a bridge. I thought a slider button would be the easiest way to get the distance value, but I want it to be an image of a car and have no idea how to go about it. Thank you for any input.
