How to calculate the Relative Gain Array from input/output data?

I need to calculate the RGA for a MIMO system. What I have is a series of experiments in which only one input is not zero (white noise) and all the signals at the sensors are recorded.
To calculate RGA, as far as I have understood I need the steady state gain matrix but how can I calculate that directly from the available data I have?
Thanks a lot

Check out here:
There is a practical example there on how to compute the Steady-state gain matrix experimentally and then compute the RGA.

Steady state gain of each output is the final value of output at steady state of MIMO process and use
