handling audio files

I'm working with audio files for noise reduction. I have my audio file and reference signal of different lengths. How to make the input and desired vectors of same length in matlab?

Check this out:

% v1, v2 - two vectors are given
len1=length(v1);
len2=length(v2);
%
LEN=min(len1, len2);
V1=v1(1:LEN);
V2=v2(1:LEN);
% V1, V2 are vectors with same length
