Hello Experts,
I would like to display an image of a 7 Tesla MRI sources data (Siemens). After searching for hours in the internet, I could not find a solution.
Could someone help me please? Probably you have an idea how to solve this example?
Thanks in advance, Chris

Did you try imshow()? How are you reading it in? using imread() or some other reader?

Alternate ways to display are image() and imagesc(). To get the size of the image you can do
[rows, columns, numberOfColorChannels] = size(mri_image);
Other info on the file itself (rather than the image) can be gotten by using imfinfo(). If you have some custom format, you might need to use a special reader, such as dicomread(), multibandread(), or something you wrote yourself.

Having also searched to see if I could find something (and couldn’t), I suggest you contact Siemens. The only digital tomography data I ever worked with (the files came on DVDs) included software to read and view them, and the option to export the files as DICOM images with metadata. (I was unable to access the Siemens USA website for some reason. It was blank.)
