import key board using gui and send the data to the lcd

hello every one i need help i want to make one key board in gui now what is the meaning of that i want to make one virtual keyboard type key board now whatever key press on the keyboard on the key board just display it on the screen and if i pressed up,down,left or right arrow key then just display up, down,left, right respectivly how to do??? now the data also should sent to the lcd.
