Simulation RRC circuit in simulink

Hi, I'm trying to simulate a parallel circuit with 2 resistors and a capacitor. all three components are time-variable and are represented as sinusidal function. I am expecting to get a phase shift between the voltage and the current that vary because the components change in time. From some reason I get a phase shift between the signals but it's constant. Any ideas way? Do I have a mistake in the simulation? (Simulink model picture is attached, sorry but I couldn't attach the file itself)
