Error in Matlab Compiler???

HI, I was using the matlab compiler to compile a matlab code and when I insert the file and put package thats what it says: " Error during packaging.open log file" So does anyone please know how to solve this issue?? Thank You

You're not trying to save anything under the Program Files folder in WIndows are you? Because that's not allowed. Otherwise call the Mathworks and ask them.
