Hi Saswati,

I can recognise that you are trying to generate a digital clock pulse. You can use the Pulse Generator block in Simulink to achieve the same.

As you can see here, I have created a very simple Simulink model with a Pulse Generator block and an outport block.

In the image given below, you can see the parameters of the Pulse Generator block. (You can change them according to your requirement)
