Neural Network - dipslaying training history

I have Self Organizing Map and I would like to see how weights "unfold" after each training epoch. 'tr' vector is not recording the network parameters during training, only time elapsed. Kind of like when I use ncdtool (and display the weights), except that I would like to save those plots (and change colors :-) )???
