pwm to the transistor

I am trying to control a dc motor using pwm input. For that purpose im using darlington transistor. i want to feed pwm signals to the transistor base. but it showing some strange results. please help on this issue. i'm doing this on simscape. i'm using BD135 and BD437 Transistors.

Hi bhatt,

The units you are specifying for the "Measurement temperature" parameter in your transistors is "C" which Simscape interprets as Coulombs. You should change this to degC for Celsius.
