ert target hardware for Analog Devices installs but does not show on list

Trying to select the ert.tlc target for Analog Devices (a Blackfin). Under "Hardware Implementation" I have Analog Devices selected and Blackfin selected.

Under "Code Generation" I select ert.tlc and C language.

Under "Target Hardware" I select "Get more" and then "Analog devices".

Install it successfully to 14.1.0 (I am on R2014a)

But, it does not then show on the list. I just get "Get more" again.

If I try to reinstall it, Simulink knows it is already installed and does an uninstall/reinstall

But, it is impossible to ever select "Analog devices" from the Target Hardware dropdown.

??? Whats going on ???
