How to solve OZ equation

Hello everyone

I want to solve this general expression where h, c, U are 2x2 matrix with n values of each and a= 1, 2 and b = 1, 2

hab+1- Uab.*exp(hab-cab)

Can any one help me how to solve it

where my h matrix will be h11, h12, h21, h22 c matrix is c11, c12, c21, c22 and U matrix is U11, U12, U21, U22
