this program contain many function and when run program dont run and display error

I don't know what all those custom functions do since you didn't include them, but b needs to be a proper image. Put this line before the imshow() and tell me what it says:

Can you please answer my question about what whos says. And just attach your m-files with the paper clip or paste into the message. I'm not going to type in all that stuff from screenshots - no way. You need to make it easy for us, not hard, or we won't bother.
