how can I plot 3d in matlab

I have amplitude spectrum of different situations. I need to plot them in 3-axis with increasing number of candles on z-axis as attached please help me ( It looks silly but please help me)

It would probably be easiest to just draw 3D lines using plot3() . And use grid on
