Problem 1. Program a function that takes as input a n × n matrix A
and plots all the own circles in the same plot
We need some comments on the programming in Exercise 1:
• shape (A) returns the dimensions of the matrix A.
• In Matplotlib, subsequent plots automatically appear in the same figure, so that
you do not need a feature ala hold on over.
• The axis (‘equal’) command in Matplotlib makes sure that the circles actually
looks like circles.
In addition, the following function will be useful.

Or you can use the viscircles() function to draw circles.
For your code/image, you probably want r(1) for the x center and r(2) for the y center in your code for the plot().
