Sharing a folder doesn't work (No permission)

Hello
I'm trying to share a folder using Matlab Drive. The email is sent but when the other person clicks on "View Folder" he gets the error "You do not have permission to access this shared content." And the information that there aren't any invitations pending.
The same happens when he tries to share a folder with me.
Are there any known bugs or any tips to get this working?
Thanks!
Tim

Hi Tim,
When you share with the other person, are you sending the sharing invitation to the email address that's associated with the MathWorks Account they're using with MATLAB Drive? The two need to be the same - whilst they would still receive the email if it is sent to a different email address of theirs, the link (and invitation) won't work unless it's been sent to the address they've used to sign in to MATLAB Drive.
Best wishes,
Conor
Thank you!
My college changed its name and the email domains were changed too.
We forgot that the other person and me too used the old address for Matlab and the new one for the invitation.
Excellent news, glad you were able to solve the issue Tim! I've added a version of my comment as an answer to help anyone else who runs into this and finds your question.
Best wishes,
Conor

When sharing folders with MATLAB Drive, the sharing invitation must be sent to the same email address as the one associated with the MathWorks Account the recipient is using with MATLAB Drive. Whilst the recipient would still receive the email if it is sent to a different email address of theirs, the link (and invitation) won't work unless it's been sent to the address they've used to sign in to MATLAB Drive.
