How to get the Classification toolbox for MATLAB 2012?

I have MATLAB- 2012, I need to perform k-means classification and k-nearest algorithm in my project. I searched MATLAB Toolboxes, but was unable to find the classification toolbox in my MATLAB. Can anyone please tell me how to get it?
Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

Most of those kinds of functions are in the Statistics Toolbox.
