Matlab cef_helper.exe error when training a reinforcement learning task
Show older comments
Hello, everyone.
I'm now using a trial version of Matlab 2021b.
When I train a reinforcement learning task modified from the Matlab Simscape Multibody example, the software can't normally terminate.
Usually, an error called "cef_helper.exe - application error (0xe0000008)" occurs when it is trained about 500 episodes. It seems to be something related to "Java Chromium Embedded Framework (JCEF) Helper", but it's hard to figure out the real reason.
Anyone once has a similar problem? Is this due to some instability of Matlab 2021b?
Your reply will be appreciated, thanks.

This problem is solved.
In previous RL training tasks, my model can't terminated normally, but the example in Matlab can.
So, when modifying the Simulink configuration parameters as the same as those in the example, the 'cef_helper.exe error' problem is fixed.
