I have purchased the MatLab_R2021b license (4XXXXXXXX, Standard, Perpetual). Does this license include the toolboxes? If it does, how can I download and install them?

I need the following toolboxes for my work: Partial Differential Equation, Deep Learning, Optimization, and others.

If you use Add-On Explorer while you are using that account, then you can navigate to the toolbox you are interested in. If you have a license for the toolbox it will offer to let you install the toolbox; if you do not have a license, then it will offer you a Trial for the license. So if you see a trial being offered then you know you do not have a license for that product for the license you are using.
