how can i know the programming behind a MATLAB GUI

i have a gui made by someone. i want to analyze the coding done behind it. how can i do so?

I can tell from the list of files that what you have is a compiled executable built by MATLAB Compiler. You are not intended to be able to see the source code; the source code is encrypted when it is stored as part of the executable.
You will need to ask the people who wrote the code whether you may see the source code.

As always: you could attempt to hack it. It is possible, but it requires specific tools. It is also illegal in most jurisdictions.
Ask the original author. For a project I needed the source of a published app. I wrote a polite email to that person, explaining what I intended to do with their code, and two emails later they sent me the source code. Most programmers are proud of their work and will often want to help you out with problems you might have with their code.

yes,sir,if you get .fig and .m file,just use guide to open .fig,and ues mouse right click button or other , view callback function
