Unable to complete Hardware Setup in Simulink Support Package for Android Devices

3 views (last 30 days)
When I was trying to complete the setup of this package, I encountered the following error.
However, I do have succeeded in every step before。
 1. install android studio
2. install SDK
3. install ARM Compute Library
The only possible defect is that my mobile phone does not pop up such a dialog box here. However, according to the statement on the right, it means that I have authorized the computer, so this should not be a problem.
It should not be the problem of USB debugging or hardware driver, because I can successfully connect to my mobile phone with Android studio. I've even written some programs with Android studio, and they worked well on my phone. So, did I miss something important ??

May I know which Matlab version are you using? is it R2021b? If 21b, then can you select the latest tools on the first screen of hardware setup and check if it still fails?

@Sutanu Maiti I have the exactly same problem, and I tried with latest tools but no difference. I also tried with 4 different phones, but no success. Matlab 2021b

Hello,
I understand that you get the following error in MATLAB R2021b when you try to complete the hardware setup for Simulink Coder support package on an Andorid device:
"Incomplete installation of Hardware Setup found. Run the Hardware Setup process and try again."
The issue seems to have been resolved in MATLAB R2022a. You can try updating to MATLAB R2022a or any of the later releases.
Hope this helps.
