can somebody please tell me how i can design a high current dc motor controller using only semiconductor components. it can be with or without inductive load.i also need the minimum size of the heat sink that i should pair with each hardware device. specs: voltage range 12-48Vdc no load current (motor) 2-5A full load current 15-30A (intermittent) 10-20A (continuous) it should be bidirectional and use a PWM

Simscape Electrical can be used to design electrical circuits for motor control, including DC motors. Best to start by checking the many available examples.
