How would I create a row vector, knowing the first value, the increment and the number of entries?

I have a 85x88x10000 matrix called Ims, followed by a piece of code:
frames=zeros(1,size(Ims,3));
This returns an empty row vector of the form 1x10000
How can I populate this vector with values knowing the first value = 0, the increment is 0.82 and the number of entries = (Ims,3)

frames = 0:0.82:(size(lms,3)-1)*0.82
