- Log in to MathWorks Drive with your MathWorks Account: https://drive.mathworks.com/files/
- Click on your name in the upper right corner and select “Show Hidden Files.”
- Delete the .session folder.
- Try accessing MATLAB Online again at https://matlab.mathworks.com

I've been trying to connect to MATLAB Online but receive the below message;
'The MATLAB session you are trying to connect to is not responding. Requested service is not found'.
Initially my company firewall was blocking access but that has now been (supposedly) addressed. Any ideas?
