Is it a reliable number when pid tuning is performed using simscape multibody?

Hello
The two wheel self balancing model was imported from cartia. And I made pid close loop using revolute joint and prismatic joint block in simscape multibody. The question is, can you actually trust the p,i,d values from this program? I mean, I have never entered a transfer function between the motor torque and the angle in the model, so how does it react?
Would it be helpful to tune PID using simscape multibody? Thank you

The Simulink PID block correctly implement a PID control. You specify the gains in the block dialog box.
