Vehicle Does Not Move While Wheel is Moving

Hi guys, I am facing problem when trying to move the vehicle model built. The model seems to be correctly oriented and I have input motion to the revolute joints that are connected to the wheels. From the visulization, it can be seen that the wheels are rotating but the vehicle model is static. Can anyone guide me on this? Thank you very much. Update on the question:

Managed to solve the problem, the wheel cannot move becuz I attached a rigid transform block between the vehicle body and the plane. After I removed the rigid transform block attached to the vehicle, and try to reorient the plane so that the vehicle is placed on the plane with correct orientation, the vehicle can now move.
