Simulink Real-Time not connecting to SpeedGoat

Hello,
I've connected my development PC and the SpeedGoat PC via Ethernet. By pinging the target PC, I can see that there is communication between the two PCs.
My simplistic model is able to build. However, when I select the "toggle target computer connection" in the upper left hand of the screen , the icon remains in "Disconnected".
I am running MATLAB V2020A on the development PC and the SpeedGoat unit is running R2020b.

The MATLAB version on the development PC and the RTOS version on the Speedgoat target computer must match.
Typically the upgrade process is just a click of a button. However, R2020b was a major update for Simulink Real-Time, and some extra steps are required to migrate the Speedgoat target computer to the new RTOS.

Further information is included in the Speedgoat documentation.
