Hi guys,
I'm working with metaheuristic algorithms programmed in language C and Cuda C, so i have to show the results in the same figure using boxplot but i have the netx problem:
The numbers of axe X are incorrect, my code is:
an = load ('ansi.txt');
xAn=an(:,1);
yAn=an(:,2);
cu = load ('cuda.txt');
xCu=cu(:,1);
yCu=cu(:,2)
boxplot(yCu,xCu, 'color','b');
hold all
boxplot(yAn,xAn, 'color','r');
I would like a graph like generated with plot() where axe X is not unorganized
an = load ('ansi.txt');
xAn=an(:,1);
yAn=an(:,2);
cu = load ('cuda.txt');
xCu=cu(:,1);
yCu=cu(:,2)
plot(xCu,yCu, 'b.');
hold all
plot(xAn,yAn, 'r.');
Can you help me please?

Hello, have a look to this function ==> http://alex.bikfalvi.com/research/advanced_matlab_boxplot/
and use hold on ..
