Help on suitable Simulink Blocks to use

Hello, I kindly request help on the problem detailed below.

• I have a vector of values, x and corresponding time at which they occur, t.
• When x is below a certain value, an output function, y should be triggered and executed.
• When x rises to another value, another function block should be triggered and executed.

I have the idea on how to do this algorithmically, but I need help on the suitable Simulink blocks that can can be used to achieve this.

@Williams, this is good. If you have the algorithm, generally, it should simplify things in Simulink.

Simulink has a block that execute using logic similar to If-Else statement
