Un smoothing set of saved data

I have a set of data (1 x 5000) that i saved from some analysis. The saved data is smoothed. I would now require acess to the un smoothed data which i sadly did not save. I know all the parameters of smoothing and methods used with smoothdata(). Is there a way to reverse the smoothing?

No. Smoothing destroys the signal of the noise. You cannot reconstruct it.
