Process remains even after exiting MATLAB (Pre-release R2015a, win64)

Hello, everyone
I'm using pre-release R2015a (win64).
After using for a while, I noticed that the MATLAB process remains without being terminated even after closing MATLAB window. I mean, even after exiiting MATLAB, the process Id appears when using 'Get-Process'with PowerShell.
Is there any way to fix this problem (to terminate MATLAB)?
As for R2014b, it successfully terminates when closing MATLAB window.
