How calculation in defined sampling rate of a resistance estimation can be done?

Hello,
I want to apply an algorithm to estimate ideal ohmin resistance of a battery using...
in a defined sampling interval "j".
I am confused how to do it and what sampling rate should I set.
Data attached is ["Time(h), Voltage(V), Current(A)"]
