Code generator does not create appropriate .h files for Simulink model

I am working on a control system for a vehicle and I am looking to load some Simulink code onto an ECU. Within simulink I am using some of New Eagle's raptor blocks. For compiling I am using EDV-Systeme's HighTec Compiler.
When trying to generate code from Simulink I am faced with the following error (it is not the full trace only the relevant bit):
In file included from _buildgen/headers/data.h:30,
from _buildgen/headers/GCM196_LED_DemoKit.h:23,
from faultmanager.c:14: _buildgen/headers/raptor_types.h:16:38: error: [11807] GCM196_LED_DemoKit_types.h: No such file or directory faultmanager.c:15:40: error: [11807] GCM196_LED_DemoKit_private.h: No such file or directory
The above error is repeated for GCM_LED_DemoKit_private.h, but I refrained from pasting in that bit of the error message as it is just the same as above.
GCM_LED_DemoKit is obviously the name of the Simulink project.
What I found is that upon code generation the above mentioned two files are not being created but then later on the system expects these files to create the final package file. I am just confused. How can the generator not generate files that it later expects?
Does anyone have a solution to this?

Hi,
Is the issue resolved when you use the compiler HighTec compiler v3.4.5.11?

No, that did not help on its own. It is to do with anti-virus it seems. The anti-virus does not like code being generated on the device. Programs generating code is obviously easily flagged as malicious. Right now we are in the process of trying to let this through the anti-virus. Hopefully that will solve the issue.

Could the output or example folder be read only?
