Laplace transform of a complicated function

Hello, I am trying to compute the Laplace transform of equation (1) Of the attached document. This functions has a blow up at t = 0, however only as t^{-1/2}, so we should be able to do the integral, but matlab gives me errors about infinity. Could you help?
