If you are receiving the message "Unable to process your request" when creating a MathWorks Account or resetting your password, please try the troubleshooting steps below:
  • Try using another web browser
  • Try launching in Incognito Mode
  • Try clearing your web browsers cache and cookies
  • If you are still unsuccessful, try creating a MathWorks Account or resetting your password by Phone/Tablet or another machine.
If the problem persists, please contact Customer Support for assistance.
