How do I use a variable in a Sine Wave block to specify the frequency to be generated from a white noise block in Simulink?

I have a simulation in Simulink where I want to use a White Noise block to control the frequency that a Sine Wave block outputs to be used in the circuit (simulation). Can I just specify a variable and use this in the Sine Wave block to determine what the signal output is to be? How can I do this? I have tried to use a funtion block and an Block Parameters to Work Space block but nothing happens. I get no errors but in the work space the variable does not change from the initial value of 0.
I would appreciate any help that I can recieve.

hello
the Sine Wave block cannot be controlled from outside (unless a specific value (fix) exist in the workspace and you would use that
instead I would reccommend that you use the trigonometric block (sin) to create your signal from the frequency (given by the random generator) and current time and amplitude
you see , it's fairly easy to create your own fully customized sine wave block
