So what is the question in this? We cannot resolve it. Only you can do so by contacting support, and you already know to do that.

Hello @Victor
I understand that you're having trouble with MATLAB's automatic license file renewal, which could be due to your business firewall restrictions.
You might want to consider modifying your firewall settings to enable communication with MATLAB's licensing server.
To address this issue, I recommend consulting with your IT Help Desk to examine your firewall settings. Consider whitelisting the following ports and addresses:
  • mathworks.com
  • licensing.mathworks.com
  • login.mathworks.com
  • services.mathworks.com
  • TCP ports 80 and 443
For additional guidance, you can refer to the following MathWorks Documentation: https://www.mathworks.com/support/search.html/answers/92634
I hope this helps!
