I a building a Smart Watch. I am interested in calculating "Continuous blood pressure, Beat to Beat" using sensors, one placed on the wrist. Is there an algorithm to calculate BP systolic and diastolic from the sensor data. Sensors ECG and Pressure used.

You might find ‘Tissue-Informative Mechanism for Wearable Non-invasive Continuous Blood Pressure Monitoring’ interesting.
For other articles, see my PubMed search. (At the top of the page, click on ‘Summary’ and choose ‘Abstract’, then click on ‘20 per page’ and choose a larger number, 100 or 200.) It’s always best to start with a PubMed search for anything involving biomedical instrumentation.

There is no way to measure blood pressure only from wrist PPG signal. You can measure blood volume but it has no clear correlation with blood pressure.
