To Connect FMU input and output to goto, from blocks using matlab Code.

I have a FMU block with 300 inputs and 280 outpus, i have connect the goto and from blocks using the tag names to fmu by using Matlab (.m) script file. How to connect the fmu inputs and output with goto, from blocks programmatically using m code? please suggest easiest way to connect the goto, from blocks.
