A few days ago I installed Matlab 2022b on a Mac Studio computer configured as follows:
Chips: Apple M1 Ultra 20 cores;
Memory: 128GB;
HD: 4TB
The installation did not encounter any difficulties.
Entered the Editor environment, I found the spacebar has no effect on the script. Furthermore, trying to open the drop-down menu relating to the "New" item, the command window is invaded by errors, probably coming from Java, of the following type:
java.lang.NullPointerException
Then, I downloaded and installed the latest Java versions and restarted the system, but to no avail.
I am grateful to anyone who can help me solve this problem.
Thank you
